Why is it useful?
Increase self-sufficiency while enjoying a pleasurable activity alone or with others, i.e. swinging!
How is it used?
It is used for recreation, as well as a way to more efficiently compress air into a scuba tank. This compressed air is used in a balancing chariot, which gives the runner/driver an energy-assist.
Where is it?
I want to install this device for someone here in the Santa Barbara area.
Who knows about it?
This is a totally new concept.
